Tour our industrial shed project for JMT Transport. This 15m x 22 concrete tilt panel large-scale shed build was specifically designed to suit our client’s needs. With heavy vehicles moving on-site, our design minimised posts and potential obstructions for drivers.
This included:
- A cantilevered awning over the washbay
- No structural posts on the inside of the shed
- A cantilevered landing for the staircase
Other design features that were specific to the client’s needs included a welcome office and reception area, washbay area, amenities and a mezzanine level to maximise floor space and create a flexible area that could be used for additional storage and other purposes.
This turnkey project included design, all fees and permits, earthworks, engineering, build and fit off including painting, electrical, joinery and landscaping.
